Associate Recruiter

Job Summary

Supporting full-cycle recruiting for high-volume hiring across multiple business lines, the full-time Associate Recruiter will source, screen, and engage candidates while managing communications and maintaining candidate records in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct full-cycle recruiting activities, including sourcing and screening candidates through various channels
• Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and ensure an inclusive selection process
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to proactively support current and future hiring needs

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume or operational hiring
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Bullhorn or similar platforms
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Familiarity with recruiting metrics and data to support hiring decisions
