Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Recruiting Coordinator to support recruiting teams and candidates remotely in Puerto Rico.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, managing calendars for recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates
  • Attend hiring events and serve as a key point of contact to ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and assist with operational support and compliance tasks
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 1 year of administrative, coordination, customer support, or recruiting support experience preferred
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work remotely while supporting teams across multiple regions and time zones
  • Recruiting, HR, or Talent Acquisition experience is a plus
