Job Summary

To support global hiring efforts, the permanent Associate Recruitment Business Partner will manage end-to-end recruitment processes for Sales and Corporate functions, collaborating with hiring managers and leveraging technology to enhance talent acquisition efficiency while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end recruitment across a portfolio of roles, ensuring quality and accountability at every stage
• Partner with hiring managers to define success profiles and strengthen hiring processes, promoting inclusive interview practices
• Utilize Greenhouse ATS for maintaining data integrity and pipeline visibility while enhancing candidate experience and managing multiple requisitions

Required qualifications

• Some experience in full lifecycle recruitment, preferably in a high-growth, high-tech environment
• Hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS, including reporting and workflows
• Familiarity with AI tools in recruitment or a strong interest in learning them
• Understanding of structured interviewing and assessment best practices
• Ability to manage multiple searches effectively while maintaining quality and pace
