Associate Regional Director

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Associate Regional Director to supervise ministry areas in the Western Great Lakes Region, focusing on leadership development, resource management, and direct ministry outreach while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise staff and volunteers, fostering spiritual development and collaboration within the region
• Develop and implement fundraising strategies to support regional ministry initiatives and maintain relationships with donors
• Assist in the growth and development of new ministry areas, ensuring effective outreach and support for diverse youth populations

Required qualifications:

• Completion of Core Training Phase One
• Proven experience in leadership and developing diverse staff and ministries
• Strong relational skills with both youth and adults
• Ability to supervise at a distance and maintain confidentiality
• Preferred college degree
