Associate Relations Consultant

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Associate Relations Consultant will conduct workplace complaint investigations, provide guidance on employee issues, and collaborate with various departments while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborates with Associate Relations Director, HR, and Legal to resolve associate relations inquiries and investigations
• Documents investigation findings and recommends solutions to improve employee engagement and reduce complaints
• Analyzes trends and provides recommendations based on benchmark reports and litigation to enhance compliance and processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Labor Relations, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5 years of experience in HR Generalist or Employee Relations roles with a focus on complaint investigations
• Advanced knowledge of workplace complaint investigations and EEO compliance
• Direct experience in resolving complex employee relations issues
• Maintains relevant licenses and continuing education credits
