Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Associate Relations Consultant will conduct workplace complaint investigations, provide guidance on employee issues, and collaborate with various departments to resolve concerns while ensuring compliance with employment laws.

Key responsibilities
  • Collaborates with Associate Relations Director, HR, and Legal to resolve associate relations inquiries and investigations
  • Documents investigation findings and recommends solutions to improve employee engagement and reduce complaints
  • Assumes ownership of investigative case assignments and monitors the progress of escalated matters
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Labor Relations, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5 years of experience in HR Generalist, Employee Relations, or a related role with a focus on complaint investigations
  • Advanced knowledge of workplace complaint investigations and EEO compliance
  • Direct experience in analyzing and resolving complex employee relations issues
  • Maintains relevant licenses and continuing education credits
