Associate Relations Consultant

Job Summary

Conducting workplace complaint investigations, the full-time Associate Relations Consultant will provide guidance and support to resolve employee issues while working remotely and collaborating with HR, Legal, and Field Operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborates with various departments to resolve associate relations inquiries and investigations in a timely manner
• Documents investigation findings and analyzes trends to improve employee engagement and minimize risks
• Recommends solutions and facilitates action plans related to employee issues and union concerns

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Labor Relations, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5 years of experience in HR Generalist or Employee Relations roles conducting complaint investigations
• Advanced knowledge of workplace complaint investigations, employee advocacy, and EEO compliance
• Experience in gathering, researching, and resolving complex employee relations issues
• Maintains licenses and continued education credits
