Job Summary
Conducting workplace complaint investigations, the full-time Associate Relations Consultant will provide guidance and support to resolve employee issues while working remotely and collaborating with HR, Legal, and Field Operations teams.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborates with various departments to resolve associate relations inquiries and investigations in a timely manner
- Documents investigation findings and analyzes trends to improve employee engagement and minimize risks
- Recommends solutions and facilitates action plans related to employee issues and union concerns
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Labor Relations, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5 years of experience in HR Generalist or Employee Relations roles conducting complaint investigations
- Advanced knowledge of workplace complaint investigations, employee advocacy, and EEO compliance
- Experience in gathering, researching, and resolving complex employee relations issues
- Maintains licenses and continued education credits
