Associate Relations Investigator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Relations Investigator.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct prompt and thorough investigations of alleged workplace misconduct
• Analyze and evaluate complex information to make credibility determinations and fact-based conclusions
• Provide clear documentation and maintain records of investigations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Minimum three years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in Employee Relations
• Working knowledge of key federal, state, and local labor and employment laws and regulations
• Ability to use discretion and independent judgment to solve complex problems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (i.e. Word and Excel)
