Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Relations Contact Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team in routing and responding to associate and people leader inquiries
• Monitor volume and collaborate with AR leadership for staffing and coverage
• Manage internal policy and process repository while ensuring case resources are current

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
• At least 1 year of experience as a people leader
• 3+ years of HR experience preferred
• Experience with inbox management and inquiry routing
• Experience with Salesforce
