Job Summary
To support a growing network of RIA partners, the full-time Associate Relationship Manager will drive advisor adoption and engagement through high-volume outreach, onboarding support, and relationship development in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls and emails to engage advisors and schedule demonstrations of the NetLaw platform
- Guide advisors through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand the platform's functionality and referral workflows
- Maintain accurate records of advisor activities and performance metrics in HubSpot while tracking engagement and activation progress
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or customer success roles
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and follow-ups daily
- Organized and disciplined with follow-up activities and goal-oriented
- Curious about financial services, wealth management, and estate planning
