Associate Relationship Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Relationship Manager to assist in managing client relationships and support the team in achieving client satisfaction and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage account relationships for priority clients and assist with back-end tasks
• Conduct virtual strategic planning meetings and identify growth opportunities for assigned clients
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients and track activities in Salesforce

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years of related experience in Employee Benefits or similar fields
• 2+ years of experience in relationship management or account management
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability to changing environments
