Key Responsibilities

• Make 30+ outbound calls per day to engage business leaders
• Educate clients on portal usage and manage assigned client lists
• Meet KPIs, maintain accurate documentation, and handle objections professionally

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, sales, or call center roles
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Familiarity with KPIs and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and web-based tools
• Comfortable with fast-paced, repetitive daily tasks
