Associate Relationship Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the development and management of vendor financing relationships, the full-time Associate Relationship Manager will assist with transaction coordination, vendor support, and pipeline management while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Support Relationship Managers in managing and growing vendor financing relationships
• Assist with transaction intake, documentation collection, and coordination among various internal teams
• Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and sales forecasts within CRM and internal systems

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in business, finance, sales, or a related field
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
