Job Summary

As a remote full-time Associate Relationship Manager in Banking & Treasury Services, the role focuses on managing client relationships post-integration, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving product adoption while collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs.

Key responsibilities:

• Establish and nurture trust-based relationships with clients after integration
• Conduct regular client check-ins to understand evolving needs and align services accordingly
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and identify upselling opportunities

Required qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Finance, Business, or equivalent work experience
• 0-2 years of experience in customer service or account coordination, preferably in FinTech or Banking
• Proactive approach to learning new processes and solving technical issues
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Patient, eager to learn, and collaborative attitude
