Associate Relationship Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the Relationship Management team, the fully remote Associate Relationship Manager will enhance client partnerships, deliver operational reporting, and serve as a liaison for internal and external stakeholders while driving account performance and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Support Relationship Managers in managing strategic client relationships and delivering exceptional service
• Develop, analyze, and present operational and performance reporting to support customer and business objectives
• Coordinate and manage escalations, ensuring timely resolution and effective stakeholder communication

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in account management, client relationship management, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop and present reporting and performance metrics
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
• Experience supporting operational processes such as performance reporting and account activities
• Proficiency with reporting and analytics tools, Microsoft Office applications, and data-driven decision-making methodologies preferred
