Job Summary

Key responsibilities
  • Identify customer health risks and guide customers through the renewal lifecycle
  • Lead renewal and commercial conversations, ensuring clarity and accuracy in documentation
  • Engage customers through various communication channels, providing actionable recommendations to improve adoption and value realization
Required qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Contract Management, or a customer-facing SaaS role
  • Experience leading customer conversations involving renewals and negotiations
  • Ability to diagnose customer goals and provide structured recommendations
  • Comfort interpreting usage and customer health metrics
  • Proficiency in managing multiple customer engagements in a fast-paced environment
