Job Summary
Managing a high-volume book of business, the full-time remote Associate Renewal Manager will identify customer health risks, guide renewal conversations, and ensure contract accuracy while driving successful renewals across HubSpot's scaled customer segment.
Key responsibilities
- Identify customer health risks and guide customers through the renewal lifecycle
- Lead renewal conversations, including negotiation and documentation of outcomes
- Engage with customers through various communication channels to provide structured recommendations for improvement
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Contract Management, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing SaaS role
- Experience leading customer conversations involving renewals and negotiations
- Ability to diagnose customer goals and provide clear, actionable recommendations
- Experience managing multiple customer engagements in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort interpreting customer health metrics to guide prioritization
