Job Summary
Managing a high-volume book of business, the remote Associate Renewal Manager will identify customer risks, guide renewal conversations, and ensure contract accuracy while driving successful renewals for HubSpot's scaled customer segment.
Key responsibilities
- Identify customer health risks and guide customers through the renewal lifecycle
- Lead renewal and commercial conversations, ensuring clarity and accuracy in contract execution
- Engage with customers through various communication channels to provide actionable recommendations and support
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Contract Management, or a related customer-facing SaaS role
- Experience leading conversations around renewals and negotiations
- Ability to diagnose customer goals and provide structured recommendations
- Experience managing multiple customer engagements in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort interpreting customer health metrics to guide prioritization
