Job Summary
Managing a high-volume book of business, the full-time Associate Renewal Manager will identify customer risks, guide renewal conversations, and ensure contract accuracy in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Identify customer health risks and guide customers through the renewal lifecycle
- Lead renewal and commercial conversations, ensuring clarity and accuracy in contract execution
- Engage with customers through various communication channels to provide actionable recommendations for adoption and value realization
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Contract Management, or a similar customer-facing SaaS role
- Experience leading customer conversations involving renewals and negotiations
- Ability to diagnose customer goals and challenges, providing structured recommendations
- Comfort interpreting customer health metrics to guide prioritization
- Proficiency in managing multiple customer engagements in a fast-paced environment
