Associate Renewals Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Renewals Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage low- and no-touch renewals for small to mid-sized customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Prepare and send standard renewal quotes and contracts, tracking renewal status in Salesforce
• Monitor renewals for risk signals and escalate complex issues to senior team members as needed

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in renewals, customer operations, sales support, or customer-facing roles
• Experience working in Salesforce or another CRM
• Organized and reliable with the ability to manage a high volume of tasks
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Business proficiency in English required
