Associate Research Analytics Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting retrospective and prospective studies using electronic health record (EHR) and administrative claims data, the full-time Associate Research Analytics Analyst will contribute to evidence generation for Life Sciences clients while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Support development of project kickoff decks and study protocols, and draft final study deliverables
• Track study progress, timelines, and deliverables while attending internal and client meetings
• Research and compile medical and drug code sets for studies, ensuring client-readiness of statistical output tables

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in healthcare/life sciences with a focus on outcomes research or relevant graduate degree (e.g., MPH)
• Strong writing skills with the ability to synthesize information from literature
• Outstanding critical thinking and listening skills
• Effective time management skills for handling multiple tasks simultaneously
