Associate Research Scientist

Job Summary

Supporting the execution of primary data collection studies, the remote Associate Research Scientist will manage literature reviews, develop data collection instruments, and assist with project coordination in the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Support all aspects of primary data collection research studies, including literature reviews, data collection instruments, and data analysis
• Contribute to the development of project deliverables under the guidance of senior team members
• Assist with project management and client engagement activities, ensuring high-quality outputs and maintaining project timelines

Required qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in health services research or a related discipline
• 1-2 years of relevant prior research experience
• Proficiency in quantitative and/or qualitative research methods and data analysis platforms (e.g., R, SAS, NVivo)
• Ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a diverse team
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
