Associate Research Scientist
Job Summary
To support a dynamic team in the HEOR space, the fully remote Associate Research Scientist will lead Real World Evidence studies, conduct data analyses, and develop study protocols to improve healthcare outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and perform analyses of primary and secondary data while developing protocols and analysis plans
- Design RWE studies and communicate study results to both internal and external stakeholders
- Conduct data feasibility assessments and provide recommendations on study direction to clients and team members
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in health services research or a related field (e.g., health economics, epidemiology)
- Proficiency in programming languages such as R, Python, SQL, or SAS
- 0-2 years of relevant research experience, including academic research
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a diverse team
