Associate Researcher

Job Summary

Supporting the Instructure Research team, the full-time remote Associate Researcher will review and analyze data from active research studies, participate in customer calls, and assist with various internal projects.

Key responsibilities

• Review, collect, clean, analyze, and report on data from active research studies
• Participate in customer calls and contribute to project conversations
• Develop logic models and conduct literature or survey-based research

Required qualifications

• At least 2-4 years of experience in K-12 education research or program evaluation
• A master's or doctoral degree in Evaluation, Statistics, Educational Psychology, Psychology, Learning Sciences, Social Sciences, or a related field
• Experience with Stata or R for quantitative analysis
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for translating technical findings for non-technical audiences
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
