Associate ResWare Administrator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate ResWare Administrator to support the configuration and administration of the ResWare platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and triage incoming ResWare-related ServiceNow tickets to determine appropriate resolutions
• Route configuration requests to the appropriate team member, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up
• Perform routine ResWare configuration tasks, including password resets and document template updates

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 2 or more years of prior work-related experience
• Previous experience in title and escrow software packages preferred
• Title/Escrow business experience is a plus
• Computer-savvy with a logical and analytical mindset
