Associate Retention Strategist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Retention Strategist, Lifecycle Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Lifecycle Marketing Strategists with the execution of email, SMS, and referral campaigns
• Write strategic briefs for campaigns and manage ESP systems for data flow and campaign setup
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely asset delivery and manage campaign calendars

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with email and SMS marketing production
• Working knowledge of ESPs such as Klaviyo, Customer.io, or similar platforms
• Strong project management skills with a disciplined and detail-oriented approach
• Proactive and accountable with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Willingness to embrace feedback and seek growth opportunities in lifecycle marketing
