Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Revenue Enablement Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify opportunities, skill gaps, and tools to strengthen selling skills of sales teams
  • Design and launch Sales Excellence programming to sharpen sales skills
  • Create certification competencies and curriculum to support revenue team goals

Required Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years of experience in Enablement or Learning and Development
  • High intellectual curiosity and data-driven mindset
  • Experience with modern enablement tools such as Salesforce, Seismic, or equivalent CRM, CMS, and LMS solutions
  • Adept at project management and cross-functional collaboration
  • Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to simplify complex problems
