Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Reward Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the annual Salary Planning process and General Bonus cycle
• Conduct market pricing of new and current positions based on geographical location
• Create monthly salary extracts from the ERP system for team analysis

Required Qualifications

• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly advanced Excel skills
• Desire to develop consulting skills in a fast-paced client-facing environment
• Ability to influence the development of Compensation & Benefits programs
• Experience working in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
• Ability to interact with all levels of the organization
