Job Summary
Leading a team of five, the full-time Associate Sales Director - DACH will manage sales strategy and key account performance for Osprey and Hydro Flask, driving growth across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland while working from a flexible location near the Munich showroom.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver revenue targets through effective management of key accounts, distributors, and agents across a $20M+ region
- Develop and maintain regional strategic plans that support sustainable growth and commercial success
- Lead product training initiatives to drive retailer engagement and sales performance
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in sales management within the DACH region, preferably in the Sport & Outdoor Lifestyle retail sector
- Fluency in German and English
- Authorized to work in Germany without immigration restrictions
- Proven expertise in business development and negotiation skills
- Clean current driver's license
