Associate Scientist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Scientist I.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory testing on new Transfusion Medicine products to support FDA submissions
• Execute assays and operate transfusion-related instruments in accordance with approved study protocols
• Accurately document experimental data, observations, and results following GLP standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline required (Master's degree considered overqualified)
• 1-2 years of laboratory experience preferred; entry-level candidates considered
• Familiarity with laboratory instruments; experience with client-specific instruments a plus
• Understanding of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and quality-focused lab environments preferred
• Adaptable, quick learner with the ability to work in a regulated lab setting
