Associate Scientist II

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Scientist II to support early-phase research for therapies targeting rare blood diseases.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct cell and molecular biology work for in vitro and ex vivo studies
• Process tissue samples for downstream bioassays and generate assay data
• Maintain electronic laboratory notebooks and troubleshoot lab instruments

Required Qualifications

• MS in biology with 2 years of experience or BA in biology with 4 years of experience
• Strong experience in cell culture, particularly with primary hematopoietic cells
• Experience with immunoassays and bioassays
• Familiarity with Cas9/CRISPR techniques is preferred
