Associate Scientist, Image Analysis

Job Summary

Supporting the Discovery and Preclinical Services Image Analysis team, the full-time remote Associate Scientist, Image Analysis will process and analyze imaging data, generate quantitative results, and communicate findings while working under the supervision of a senior team member.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and quantify image data from various imaging modalities (e.g., PET, SPECT, CT, MR)
• Analyze image data and associated non-image data to derive study outcomes and generate summary output materials
• Identify workflow pain points and support the implementation of improvements, including automating workflows with scripting tools

Required Qualifications

• BS/MS in a relevant technical field (e.g., engineering, mathematics, physics, or chemistry)
• 0-1 years of relevant academic or industry experience
• Experience with Python or similar programming language preferred
• Familiarity with image analysis techniques preferred
• Fluency in English
