A company is looking for an Associate Scientist - New Product Development and Global Liquid Excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and optimization of new liquid projects across global brands
• Serve as the technical resource for beverage alcohol liquid development and provide scientific recommendations
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
• 3-5 years of product development experience, preferably in the beverage industry
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies
• Strong working knowledge of beverage production and processing
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and influence outcomes without direct authority
