Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Security Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform initial incident monitoring, response, triage, and investigations
- Monitor security alerts, analyze security events, and report anomalies
- Communicate with customers, team, and management regarding incident and change management
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work/military experience
- 1+ year of experience with enterprise-level Case Management and SIEM tools
- Knowledge of attack methodologies, networking fundamentals, and network-based services
- Security certification such as CCNA-S, Security+, CySA+, GIAC-GISF, SSCP, CEH, or similar
- Experience with vulnerability scanning tools like Tenable/Nessus
