Associate Security Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Security Analyst- SOC.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor security alerts and events using various security tools and platforms
• Conduct initial analysis of security incidents and escalate to senior analysts or management
• Assist in the investigation of security incidents and collaborate with IT and security teams to remediate vulnerabilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+ or Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) are a plus
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, security frameworks, and industry standards
• Familiarity with security technologies, including SIEM, IDS/IPS, and firewalls
• Basic understanding of networking protocols and security concepts
