Associate Security Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Security Engineer who will act as a security expert in various technical efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the identity lifecycle and configure authentication protocols
• Conduct penetration testing and vulnerability assessments while developing risk mitigation strategies
• Research and implement security technologies, monitoring security and troubleshooting issues

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field; 0-2 years of relevant work experience preferred
• Knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, encryption algorithms, and SDLC security
• Familiarity with EDR/XDR, Email security, and vulnerability assessment tools
