Associate/Senior Associate

Job Summary

To support evidence-informed decision-making in Cambodia, the full-time salaried Associate/Senior Associate will manage project workflows, engage with clients, oversee data collection, and contribute to internal team building while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Driving day-to-day project execution and leading internal team coordination
• Engaging with clients and stakeholders to develop strong relationships and proposals
• Overseeing data collection activities to ensure quality and manage data collection teams

Required qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in economics, statistics, public policy, or related fields; Master's degree preferred
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience in international development, research, or program management
• Strong analytical skills with exposure to econometrics and research analysis tools
• Proficient writing skills for creating structured deliverables like reports and policy briefs
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
