Job Summary

A nonprofit research and development firm is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager (Associate) to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct strategic research to inform division growth strategy
• Support data analysis, reporting, and knowledge management
• Lead capture efforts for new business opportunities and manage proposal development

Qualifications:

• Master's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 4-7 years of business development experience, including managing large proposals
• Understanding of government agencies and funding instruments
• Familiarity with funding research tools
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Acrobat Professional
