Associate SEO Director

Job Summary

Providing strategic leadership and oversight for the organic services channel, the full-time remote Associate SEO Director will manage client relationships, support business development, and lead a team of SEO strategists to enhance growth and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee key accounts and manage project delivery to ensure client retention and expansion
• Directly manage and develop a team of SEO strategists, fostering a culture of learning and improvement
• Contribute to organic search thought leadership and process improvement initiatives for the agency

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in organic search engine marketing, preferably in an agency setting
• Proven team leadership and management experience with a focus on developing direct reports
• Expert knowledge of standard and enterprise SEO tools, including Google Analytics 4 and SEMrush
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects
• Proficiency in HTML preferred
