Associate SEO Director

Job Summary

To support the growth of organic services, the full-time Associate SEO Director will manage client relationships, oversee SEO strategy execution, and lead a team of SEO strategists in a remote environment while collaborating on AI search recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee management of key accounts and support business development efforts, including strategy presentations and proposals
• Directly manage and develop a team of SEO strategists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
• Contribute to organic search innovation and process improvement initiatives for the agency and its clients

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in organic search engine marketing, preferably in an agency setting
• Proven leadership and team management experience with the ability to grow direct reports
• Strong proficiency in standard and enterprise SEO tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, and SEMrush
• Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects
• Proficiency in HTML preferred
