Associate Service Delivery Coordinator

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Associate Service Delivery Coordinator will perform complex processing, quality reviews, and operational support activities to enhance client services in healthcare operations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct complex processing, quality reviews, audits, and reporting activities for outsourced services
• Identify issues and recommend workflow improvements based on knowledge of client operations and market dynamics
• Provide leadership and guidance to team members through training, scheduling coordination, and prioritization of workloads

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in provider enrollment, healthcare operations, or quality assurance
• Proficiency in provider enrollment systems and claims processing platforms
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Awareness of healthcare compliance standards and regulatory guidelines
