Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Service Delivery Manager to strengthen relationships with healthcare organizations and support system reliability and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage technology relationships with healthcare clients, including communication and reporting on KPIs/SLAs
• Support operational management and compliance for healthcare clients, ensuring minimal disruption to patient care
• Identify opportunities for service optimization and present findings to support quality improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Strong interest in client-facing account management or technical support roles within healthcare IT
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare stakeholders
• Foundational understanding of healthcare industry practices and regulatory requirements is a plus
• Ability to adapt to evolving healthcare technologies and compliance requirements
