Associate Service Delivery Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Service Delivery Manager to strengthen relationships with healthcare organizations and support system reliability for patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage technology relationships with healthcare clients, including communications and reporting on KPIs/SLAs
• Support internal workstreams for healthcare clients, ensuring compliance and minimal disruption to patient care
• Analyze performance data trends to identify opportunities for service optimization and workflow improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Strong interest in client-facing account management or technical support roles within healthcare IT
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare stakeholders
• Foundational understanding of healthcare practices and regulatory requirements (HIPAA, HITRUST) is a plus
• Ability to adapt to evolving healthcare technologies and compliance requirements
