Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Service Delivery Manager to strengthen relationships with healthcare organizations and support system reliability and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage technology relationships with healthcare clients, including communications and reporting on KPIs/SLAs
• Support internal workstreams and ensure compliance with healthcare standards and operational readiness
• Identify opportunities for service optimization and enhance patient outcomes through strategic insights

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Strong interest in client-facing account management or technical support roles within healthcare IT
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare stakeholders
• Foundational understanding of healthcare practices and regulatory requirements (HIPAA, HITRUST) is a plus
• Ability to adapt to evolving healthcare technologies and compliance requirements
