Associate Service Delivery Manager
Job Summary
To support a dedicated customer account in the banking industry, the full-time remote Associate Service Delivery Manager will assist a team of Technical Engineers in delivering technical services, managing operational activities, and driving continuous service improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with Managed Services resources to execute customer deliverables and monitor service performance
- Coordinate service requests and track operational deliverables to ensure adherence to service commitments
- Identify service improvement opportunities and drive initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years of experience with Enterprise Managed Services, Cloud Services, or Product Support
- Ability to learn new technology platforms and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely manner
- Willingness to work outside of local business hours as needed
