Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Service Desk Technician - Tier I to provide first-tier technical support to Veterans and VA providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely technical support via phone, chat, and ticketing system
- Assist with mobile device setup, application support, and troubleshooting
- Document and update support tickets in ServiceNow while ensuring compliance
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year of technical support, help desk, or call center experience
- Strong knowledge of mobile devices (Android/iOS) and Windows/Mac PCs
- Familiarity with service desk tools, preferably ServiceNow
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
