Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Service Desk Technician - Tier I to provide first-tier technical support to Veterans and VA providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely technical support via phone, chat, and ticketing system
  • Assist with mobile device setup, application support, and troubleshooting
  • Document and update support tickets in ServiceNow while ensuring compliance
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of technical support, help desk, or call center experience
  • Strong knowledge of mobile devices (Android/iOS) and Windows/Mac PCs
  • Familiarity with service desk tools, preferably ServiceNow
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
