Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate ServiceNow SPM Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Support workshops and process mapping sessions to capture workflows
Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria
Configure solutions within the ServiceNow SPM suite and conduct user acceptance testing

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
Project management and/or business process experience
Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid development methodologies
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
1-2 years of business analysis experience, with a focus on ServiceNow implementations preferred
