Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate ServiceNow ITOM Event Management Technical Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire ServiceNow ITOM Event Management Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification
• Develop and implement ServiceNow solutions including custom applications, workflows, and integrations
• Configure and maintain ServiceNow ITOM applications, ensuring alignment with best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and exposure to ServiceNow Flow Designer and IntegrationHub
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies
• Understanding of enterprise service management practices
• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator certification
