Associate ServiceNow Event Management Consultant
Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time remote Associate ServiceNow Event Management Technical Consultant will configure and develop ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality applications and modules.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications, workflows, and integrations
- Configure and maintain ServiceNow ITOM applications, ensuring best practices for performance and maintainability
- Support end-to-end project delivery, including testing, deployment, and system optimization
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer and IntegrationHub
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies
- Understanding of enterprise service management practices
- ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator certification
