Associate Services Planner

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and proactive, the full-time Associate Services Planner will support the preparation and close-out activities for professional learning services engagements, ensuring timely completion of work activities and maintaining accurate records in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a partner to the Lead Services Planner in scheduling, staffing, and completing professional learning services
• Track upcoming engagements, enter staffing plans into the scheduling tool, and confirm assignments with coaches
• Lead preparation activities for service sessions, including logistics communication with customers and internal coordination

Required qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in planning and coordinating professional learning or similar services
• Highly detailed and process-oriented, capable of managing multiple concurrent tasks
• Commitment to meeting service level expectations
• Proactive communicator with strong customer-centric orientation
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
